  1. DS9 Documentary Helmed by Ira Behr

I really really really want to see this. Not only is DS9 my favorite Trek series, it's also my second favorite tv show period (nothing can surpass Buffy the Vampire Slayer for me) and I'm salivating at the idea of a documentary about this incredible show. TNG, much as I adore it, always got more press and got movies, so DS9 deserves a closer inspection. Also, I want Ira Steven Behr's Kira freedom fighter shirt that Nana Visitor is seen here wearing: GIMME!
  2. Who Are Your Top 3 Favourite DS9 Main Charcters?

    1. Kira Nerys - Star Trek's greatest female character, in my opinion. 2. Benjamin Sisko - Kirk vs. Picard? The correct answer is Sisko. 3. Garak - Nuff said.
  3. What was the last non-Trek tv show you watched?

Game of Thrones. Been really getting into this show. It's %$#?@& amazing. Home to one of the great bad-asses in TV right now: Daenerys Targareyen.
  4. All New Members - Post a Reply Here!

Um, I already started a topic and wasn't blocked, but whatevs. Here.
  5. What Class of Ship Would You Want?

Hell, I want my own little fleet: Constitution Refit class, Defiant class and Sovereign class.
  6. Galileo Seven

Totally agree with you, Sehlat. Spock was right on for that whole episode, and that's one of the reasons The Galileo Seven is one of my Top 5 favorite TOS episodes. All the other Galileo crew insisted on things like that burial that would've gotten more of them killed. Spock's duty as commanding officer was to be responsible for his crew. His actions in this episode were, as he would say, logical as the command officer.
  7. Your single favorite ST episodes of each ST series

TOS: "The Trouble With Tribbles" TAS: "The Counter-Clock Incident" TNG: "The Chain of Command, Part II" DS9: "In The Pale Moonlight" VOY: "Life Line" ENT: "The Forge/"Awakening"/"Kir'Shara" TOS Films: Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country TNG Films: Star Trek: First Contact
  8. Which spaceship named Enterprise is your favourite?

NCC-1701-A. Beautiful ship, inside and out. Yeah, on the outside is practically identical to the Refit 1701 from ST I, II and III, but I like the interior of the A way way more. Been kinda nuts about this ship since my childhood, since seeing her at the end of Star Trek IV. What a lovely lady of the stars!
  9. DS9 babes

This thread needs a lot more Nerys.
  10. Enterprise-A

As you can tell from my profile pic, the 1701-A is my favorite Trek starship. And I love the Star Trek VI bridge the most, definitely
  11. How You Became a Trekkie

Who got you into Trek? Nobody really got me into Trek. I can't even remember the first time I watched anything Trek, though I think it must've been Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, sometime in '86 - '87. Shortly after I started watching Star Trek The Next Generation and the Original Series. And I don't have really anyone who likes really watching any Trek besides me. What was the first bit of Trek you watched? Like I said, Star Trek IV and then TNG. Why did you watch your first bit of Trek and beyond? Hmm. Looked cool? Remember, I was like 7 years old. AND I've always loved space, astronomy, space travel, and Trek fit perfectly with that. When did you first watch Trek? Circa 1986-1987.
  12. ...though I like all Trek. But those are the biggies for me. Been a fan since I was about 7 or 8 years old, I'm almost 34 now, so yeah. Trek fan for life. Been looking for a Trek forum, and I like the looks of this one.
