  1. It has not been pitched to CBS yet, we had a delay getting the screener copy done. we hope to pitch it this month. Glad You liked the trailer. This film has been a huge project involving over 220 people in the crew and cast.
  2. No, i said they were doing ok,
  3. The 2 main issues are social networks like Facebook have put a dent in forum activity and also Star Trek in general is currently not a hot area. If there were a tv show on the air it may be a little better. Trekunited is also very slow as well. trekbbs is doing ok and specialty forums like trekpropzone seem to be doing ok . The only thing i have trouble with here is the default color scheme, I find the white fonts tough to read, i have to use the IP Board skin, but thats just me Another idea (and please dont kill me for saying..), is to drop the theomegasector.com name and put the forum under the trekcore.com domain so everything is Trekcore. This with help with SEO related issues and keep things more homogenized and simple. There are some other ideas i have that i will talk to Mike and Adam about at some point.
  4. The location of the custom made avatars has changed do tot he new software read the following: To use one of the gallery avatars on the forum here: - If you go to the library click an avatar you like, it will open in a browser window, then copy the url of that avatar. - Go to your profile and click your avatar /photo to change it, - In the area that says 'Import Photo from URL' paste you link there (example: http://www.trekcore....k/TOS/Alien.jpg ) then click the 'import' button. - You should see you avatar/photo change to the new one, then click 'done'. You may need to refresh (F5) your brower afterward to see the new avatar/photo. Thats it! Enjoy
  5. Should just be here under profile setting you can edit your info: http://theomegasector.com/index.php?app=core&module=usercp&tab=core
  6. Refresh maybe? Also you can try to just remove your avatar, it will put the trekcore default avatar there. then get out of the setting and go back in at try to load a new avatar. Avatars on this board are named with the members ID number so if all else fails i can locate yours and delete it and then you can try changing it again.
  7. It's all stored on the same server so it's fine and encouraged to use them here. 9. Many Invision custmers are unhappy about them dropping the custom avatar gallery in this newer version, been reading a lot of angry posts on there forums. i still have not found a workable 3rd party app, but it looks like Mike got it covered with the coppermine gallery
  10. It is not working you get this: { "error": { "message": "Invalid redirect_uri: Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.", "type": "OAuthException" } } [/CODE] Probably just a configuration error. Did you set up a facebook app for it?
  11. Ok, avatar sizes are have now been fixed to a maximum width of 150px in topic view. As for the custom avatar gallery, that feature was removed from this new version, much to the dismay of several IPB customers. I am still looking for solutions, One solution may be to use Trekcore's main gallery some how to pick from those Avatars. The avatar option on this board does give the option to load from a url (photobucket, etc.) so you could just load an avatar from the main gallery that way. Anyways, up to Mike on that one.
  12. ok, I can fix that with file edits then try to resize the the current avatars.
  13. Mike what was the setting before 150 x 150 ? Some file edits can fix that i found, but I would rather use an app if they have one. Still looking. As far as the gallery goes still looking into work arounds and apps for that.
  14. For this version Invision has merged avatar and photo functions, looking for a way to bring the avatar size up to where you had it and seeing if your custom avatar library will work. Arn't upgrades fun :) lol
  15. Yes, there are a few areas like pagnation etc, easily tweaked. Mike, sometimes I use firefox with the firebug tadd-ono find out what css item a certain element of the board is, saves a lot of time rather than seaching for seemingly hard to find. Ok a good note, the database has a clean bill of health.
